Two of our besties came to visit us and meet our sweet Delaney this weekend from Illinois. We looked forward to seeing them all week, and it was so fun to hang out with them. Here is a quick weekend recap:
Saturday: Headed into Philly to give Kristen a quick tour of the historic district. It was Laney’s first trip into the city! We carried out some tasty food from the Reading Terminal Market then checked out Independence Hall, Ben Franklin’s grave, and the Liberty Bell. Later, it was mom’s night out, and we went to Fellini’s for some yummy Italian food and girl time!
Sunday: It was a rainy, dreary day here. We lounged around watching football and a movie and played some board games. It was a fun, lazy day!
Monday: Kyle had to work, but us gals went to Linvilla Orchard to check out Pumpkinland. We then had lunch at Pig Out BBQ Pit in Glen Mills, and it was quite tasty! We made a quick stop at the mall before it was time to drop the girls at the airport (tears!).
Thank you, Tracy and Kristen, for coming to visit us! We love you and miss you already!
